Communication was severely lacking from beginning to finalization of my purchase of a new 2021 Honda Pilot. The sales person never introduced himself nor asked my name during the entire process. I had finalization of my purchase of a new 2021 Honda Pilot. The sales person never introduced himself nor asked my name during the entire process. I had to ask the internet sales manager his name and asked her to give him my name. I was initially greeted with no pleasantries nor traditional small talk, ice-breaking conversation. There was actually no sales "presentation" for the vehicle I was interested in. I was just walked over to the Pilot that I had previously called about and was given no information at all about the vehicle. I also felt that I was mislead on my trade-in, as I was given its value AND was also advised that my current auto loan would be paid off, which was not the case. The loan payoff was actually deducted from from my trade-in value, and I believe this was intentional deception. The financial person, Terry, was the only person to show any personal interest in my purchase and was extremely pleasant and informative during the finalization of my purchase. I will have any follow-up routine and additional maintenance performed at another Honda dealership, as I felt like a number, not an individual at Southeastern Honda. More

I live over 3 hours away and drove up on a Sunday to the dealership looking at one of the used car I found online. I went there and meet with Rick Musick and he is a no pressure salesman that is very strai dealership looking at one of the used car I found online. I went there and meet with Rick Musick and he is a no pressure salesman that is very straightforward and easy to work with. He doesn't show any pressure or makes you feel pushy.
