Well, this is my third Honda and the dealership is good overall but this buying experience was frustrating. I went in to buy a 2019 Honda accord that I saw on line, which when I got there I was told was in overall but this buying experience was frustrating. I went in to buy a 2019 Honda accord that I saw on line, which when I got there I was told was in the repair shop getting checked out. I was offered a similar 2019 Accord... after I drove it I said I would be happy with that particular car. We haggled over the price and trade in... as we were signing the papers, I noticed it was a 2018 and they were selling it at 2019 price. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I got there at 10:00 am, no food and no water... I finally settled for a 2018 at $3000 less than what they tried to bait and switch me on the other car. Again, I did not get the car I wanted and went in for. I am fairly happy with my purchase. It's pre-owned certified... as I was signing the papers on the purchase, my son stopped by and we went to look at the car. It had been detailed. There was a big scratch on the driver side rear view mirror and the back door... I took the car but brought it back to get it repaired a week later. They did a decent job repairing it but I believe there had paint over spray on the driver's door. All and all, hard to say about the experience and my satisfaction with the process and the car I ended up with. It's not the color or the year i wanted for the same money i was expecting to pay. They wore me down and in the end, I just wanted to go home. More
