Robert Dolan and John Molley, the general sales manager,were very helpful with our CRV purchase. They gave us a super price, and wonderful price for our trade-in CRV. The *no-pressure, up-front, truthful, nothing-hidden* approach WORKS! When I walk into a car dealership and people immediately approach me with high-pressure tactics, all I want to do is find an exit. Especially distasteful is expecting a price and then being hit with lots of "hidden" add-ons. Those things make a person feel like they've been suckered into a deal. It's a bad experience that no one wants to repeat. ***I got none of that from your people.*** Great job! More
