Nick George was great in his approach and leadership and did not pressure me. This is my 3rd Honda that I am buying from this dealership. Our sales rep (Robert H) was great. He made sure we were taken care of. We were not satisfied with a previous purchase after several trips to the maintenance department. I worked with Bob and Greg and they were both great. Very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I like to think that I got a great deal, but as a sales person, I know that I could've gotten more if I had pushe knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The only point I'd like to mention is about the damaged wheels. I know it was my job to check the vehicle, but I would've felt a lot better if I knew about it since the beginning (instead of finding that out by myself when the car was already in my garage). More

So very disappointed! First issue was the sales man had me drive 2 vehicles and then while doing the paperwork says (oh these were label wrong were labeled 2020, and turned out they were the 2021 model) an me drive 2 vehicles and then while doing the paperwork says (oh these were label wrong were labeled 2020, and turned out they were the 2021 model) and then to say we can’t do at the quoted price. Then to tell me they only had a demo car available. Then after 2 days of all this they texted me a deal on demo that I accepted. So while purchasing the car they made promises to include accessories and gives me the owe you form. Then after you purchase they only give you part of the promised accessories because they said it that wasn’t promised and that they didn’t make any money on this deal. Always wanted a Honda but after my experience would not buy from this dealership again. After all the inconvenience and unprofessionalism you think they would have kept their promise, but for a $100 accessory they lost a customer. More
