We received a letter from Southeastern Honda about upgrading our leased 2019 Honda CR-V to a 2020 Honda CR-V. I checked the inventory on line and saw a beautiful 2020 CR-V in Pearl White with Mauve in upgrading our leased 2019 Honda CR-V to a 2020 Honda CR-V. I checked the inventory on line and saw a beautiful 2020 CR-V in Pearl White with Mauve interior. I called Ty Hayes and spoke to him about this vehicle as a possible upgrade. He checked with the GM and texted me back with a very reasonable offer for us to exchange our 2019 for the 2020. When I ask about coming in on Monday the 21st Ty stated that he was not due at work that day until after noon, but he was more than happy to come in at the 9 o'clock meeting time to handle this exchange. We showed up at 9, Ty greeted us and presented the paperwork for us to fill out. We gave him our keys to the 2019 and he gave us the keys to the 2020. An hour and a half later we drove off in that new 2020 Pearl White CR-V with only the first months payment as any out of pocket cost. Ty is very good at keeping an eye out for us and what we want in a vehicle, provides great service to have us in and out quickly. More
