Carfax showed an accident on my car that didn’t happen in a state that I had not visited. Carfax is supposed to be a trusted source, but must rely on correct data entry. That certainly soured the process. While I was able to negotiate some additional value, my alternative was to wait for a correction. Overall I was happy. Only marked down because of the trade. More

Upgraded lease from a 2019 CR-V to a 2020 AWD CR-V. Gave me the exact price and color I wanted that was discussed over the phone ( car was ordered and came in 3 days later, which was great).
