This was the easiest buying experience of my life (50 yo). In shopping at other dealers, Mazda (Petro) did a better test drive, Toyota (Ben) did a better job with features, functions and selling directl yo). Honda (Joel) did the best job via the internet - consistency and soft sell. The buying process was clear and honest - even delivered the car to the house. Negative was the lack of transparency to the financial details prior to being at contract. Although it worked out to be a non-issue, it created the feeling of distrust.
