He was considerate enough to bring me water after we'd been out on the lot. He also tried to guide me to making a purchase of good value rather than buying the most expensive car (ie. the one that makes the company the most money). I hope Southeastern Honda keeps Michael for a long time. I'd do business again with him any day. My only reason for 4-star instead of 5-star review is that I did not get the same level of kindness from Brian, who filled out the paperwork. I have a relative in sales, and he made a snide remark that was somewhat unprofessional, although it was brief. Completely uncalled for. More

I was fortunate enough to be dealing directly with the GM, John Malloy. His offer on a 2025 model (I believe it was the only one in the state at the time) was extremely competitive - even better priced than the 2024s from other dealers! He was transparent throughout the process, answering any and ever question I had. He offered me top dollar on my lease trade-in, and actually surprised with an even better dealer than we had agreed upon by the time I arrived at his dealership, which was 2+ hours from me. But it was well worth the trip. I'll definitely be reaching out to John the next time I need a Honda. Service like that is hard to find... More
