I have had a Honda since I could drive. When my car started to act up after 15 years it was time for a new one the salesman was great and professional during every step of the sale. However after the sale I called my salesman Gustave muhlbauer to ask if the car I traded in was still there at the dealership because I left a badge for work in it. He said he would check and get back to me within 30 minutes. It’s been 5 days and still no word. I will say that the dealership is great till they make the sale but afterwards it seems as if they could care less about you. I guess the mentality is we got what we want who care about the customer now.Had I have know it was like this there I would’ve never purchased from this dealership! Very sad! More
