Not very professional pre owned department. Lied to me about fixing alignment and brake issue on my purchase of used 2014 Odyssey. Took possession & drove with bad brakes and alignment. Salesman claimed he drove it & everything was ok. Took to service department & they pulled service record. Nothing was done. The salesman didnt even say sorry. He had an attitude and both his manager & help were terrible at customer service. They acted as though it was not a big deal. I had to call general manager of dealership to get an apology. Other issues also. Thinking about just selling the car to get closure. Go to other pre owned Honda dealers before this one. More
