I found a 2003 EX Model that looked new with reasonable mileage--having called to check on availability (spoke with Chris, the Sales Manager) I ventured out to examine it and discuss the possibility of my vehicle being a trade in. I was greeted by Jeff McKnight who promptly pointed it out to me and brought the keys....I carefully inspected, measured cargo spaces, examined the motor and tires and gave it a good going over when Jeff asked if I was ready to test drive it (NO PRESSURE!) He also said Chris would look my car over and have an appraisal upon our return. The car drove and looks like new--Jeff showed me everything I had questions for and I was SOLD! Upon return Chris had come back with the CARFAX history AND the appraisal for my trade in---It was a very equitable offer! I sat down with Jeff and we worked out the exact details and without excess haggling (which is the usual with car dealers) I signed the offer! I was introduced to the finance/Business Representative Howard who guided me through the SHORTEST document preparation and signing I have ever experienced.....I could not believe that in less than 2 hours I had traded in my vehicle and was driving off with MY ELEMENT!!!! The hospitality was unreal. all the guys at the dealership were fantastic and treated me very well. got this Jeep Commander for my wife she has always liked the commander her late husband was a Jeep mech for years.not only did i buy a vehicle I maid a great friend.
