Incorrect times open on their website So i get off work and go to southeastern honda because their website says they are open until 6. I get there at 450 thinking i have plenty of time an So i get off work and go to southeastern honda because their website says they are open until 6. I get there at 450 thinking i have plenty of time and than told that the mechanics leave at 5. Why does your website say 6 if you close at 5. On top of that inwas there before 5 and only wanted an oil change as today was the only day i get off in time. You should be more specific on what services you offer when youbsay you are open. Also not thebonly time i have had an issue. I had a key mess up and it was covered under warranty and randomly after being told they had to order it, i was told i had never been there. This place is a joke. More

lousy repair department Service department rude and unwilling to replace faulty seat belts. The belt material has completely disintegrated. They claim water damage. Mike was absolutly amazing! I have never been so pleased with the Customer Service provided! I went to Cocoa and had an unpleasant experience! I have bought 3 cars and my parents I have never been so pleased with the Customer Service provided! I went to Cocoa and had an unpleasant experience!
