I called and left messages for the manager to call me to ensure that my personal data/information was not used fraudulently. They Wouldn't reply to emails OR voicemails. In my opinion that makes this scenario "suspect". I'd pass on doing business at this place. My next contacts will be to Honda Corporate offices, and the Florida state attorneys office. More

Easy interaction from start to finish! I reached out to Donna in the internet department because they had the new 2019 Ridgeline Black edition on the lot. The dealership is about an hour from my house so they were able to give me an estimate on my trade after I provided some pics and the VIN. The price was $1,500 less than the other 4 dealerships that had the truck I wanted. They also threw in the all weather mats and are mailing them to me since they didn’t have it in stock. The transaction went smooth and the finance guy didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t want. All in all it was the smoothest car buying experience I have had! More

Have been arguing with the Sales dept ever since the sale Purchased a brand new 2019 Honda CRV ... No problem there and everyone very helpful up until the sale. After the sale I had to call back and get my $ Purchased a brand new 2019 Honda CRV ... No problem there and everyone very helpful up until the sale. After the sale I had to call back and get my $200 refundable VISA deposit back and I am still awaiting the payoff from the Southeastern Honda Dealership for the car we traded in. Very helpful up until the sale... Like pulling teeth now that the sale complete. More
