Nick George came up to us & greeted us in a sincerely friendly & interested attitude. He showed us several models & we took a demo. ride with him. Once we established a price we decided we couldn't afford that particular model he showed us a diff. one that we did buy. He was very helpful in explaining the features & how to set-up them up. I even called him on a couple of occasions to ask questions which he answered without hesitation. Overall, our experience was excellent. Thank you Nick George. Gary & Theresa White. More
I had a wonderful buying experience when I had bought my 1998 Odyssey New in 1997. I had all the required maintenance done with them and never had a problem until they expanded. I had dropped off my 1998 Od 1998 Odyssey New in 1997. I had all the required maintenance done with them and never had a problem until they expanded. I had dropped off my 1998 Odyssey because I was having intermittent starting issues on cold days and my check engine light was on. My battery was still good cause the car would start when jumped. I brought it in to have them figure what was wrong with the car. I agreed to leave it over night so they could try to replicate the problem. I called the next day around 10:40 and spoke to my service adviser Randall. I was told that his technician was not able to replicate the starting problem but they were in the process of diagnosing the "check engine" issue and will call me with what they find. I waited until 1:30 to call back and check for an update. I was told by the service operator that Randall was busy with another customer and she took my number so she could leave him a note to call me back. By 3 pm I still did not hear anything back, I called again. By this time the service operator knew who I was and personally checked on the status of my car and told me it was on HOLD. She went to find Randall and find out why it was on hold, but of course he was busy with another customer and will call me back. So I patiently waited until 5 pm and called back hoping to find progress. No such luck, but I did get to speak to Randall... and all I got from him was " I had called you 2 hours ago but it went to voice mail... We weren't able to replicate the starting issue". That just pushed me over the edge because I NEVER got a call. They never bother to further investigate the "check engine issue". I asked to speak to the service manager, but was told he had left for the day. I just told him to have the van ready because I was going to pick it up. So much for being a loyal customer. They use to have such great customer service, but since the expansion all they care about is profit. Unless you have a newer car or interested in buying car, you will be treated as a nuisance. I will NEVER go back there nor will I EVER recommend anyone to go there. More
I had been in the market for a new car for approximately 6 months. I thought I was looking for a premium used vehicle. I test drove numerous luxury brands before sitting in the 2014 Accord EX-L. Honestly, 6 months. I thought I was looking for a premium used vehicle. I test drove numerous luxury brands before sitting in the 2014 Accord EX-L. Honestly, I didn't want to like the car. I've owned four Honda's, including most recently a 2005 Honda Civic. After driving the new Accord, I'd come to realize that it is every bit as luxury as any car that I tested for 2/3 the price! My wife and I had planned to purchase the vehicle from a local dealership in Orlando, but after getting the run-around by that sales person we reached out to Southeastern Honda. I'm glad we did! Bob Dolan and the Southeastern Honda staff were so pleasant to work with and made the car buying process extremely simple. I told Bob over the phone the color and model I wanted; he checked the inventory and personally sat in the particular vehicle. He gave me the price over the phone - a price that was less than what I was expecting to get after hours of negotiating at other dealerships. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the price was exactly as advertised and we were out the door in a spotless and fueled Accord EX-L in less than an hour! If you are in the market for a Honda, I'd strongly recommend considering Southeastern Honda. More
I took my Honda in for service and while waiting for my car I spoke with my sales rep, Nick George, who has leased 2 previous to me. The time my car was in the service department was less than 20 minutes. car I spoke with my sales rep, Nick George, who has leased 2 previous to me. The time my car was in the service department was less than 20 minutes. Wonderful experience. However I discovered I could get a new lease for just a little more a month and walk out with a new 2014 Accord with all the bells and whistles. The total time to sign up, get credit approval, sign all the documents and have the car ready for me was a little more than 1 hour. I was totally amazed. Nick is fantastic and very personable. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Nick!!! More
After purchasing some 20 new cars over a 50 year time span, I finally found a salesperson in Michael Denver who I will recommend to every one I know. On my initial visit I brought my wife and daughter wi span, I finally found a salesperson in Michael Denver who I will recommend to every one I know. On my initial visit I brought my wife and daughter with me for protection only to discover it wasn't necessary. Michael warmly greeted us with exceptional courtesy and hospitality, and took all the time needed to discuss the CR-V we were looking for which included the lowest possible price that would not cause his termination. He took all the time necessary to educate two technologically challenged seniors and then joined us for a test drive to assure us that we would not push a wrong button. It was a very enjoyable test drive and thanks to Michael informing us of a 36 month .90% interest rate Honda was promoting, we decided to move up our purchase plan and returned the next day to make our purchase.Thank you sooo much Michael-hopefully you'll be seeing our son soon. After buying a new Accord in 2004, we decided to take advantage of the 2013 close-out and returned to Southeastern in late September (2013) to buy a new one (we sold the old one ourselves). Since the pr advantage of the 2013 close-out and returned to Southeastern in late September (2013) to buy a new one (we sold the old one ourselves). Since the previous new car experience (in 2004) was less than fun, I decided to go online and look for reviews of dealerships and salesman. I did not want to walk into another dealership cold and end up with a crap-shoot choice of salemen. In our search, we stumbled upon this site and when we read through the Southeastern reviews, the name Nick George came up several times. Each one described him as an easy-going but serious man who is not interested in playing pricing games, or talking endlessly about how absolutely perfect this car or that car is, or telling stories about how I really need to make a deal today, blah, blah. I called and asked for Nick then set up an appointment. Every written about is true. I knew what I wanted to pay and got very close with no stress. Nick knows his stuff. He played no games. He did his job – he went out of his way to make me happy. I am happy. Also, if like me you had a less than positive experience in years past, you should put Southeastern back on your list. If you do, give Nick George a call first. More
I have been looking for a used ram 4x4 ram for a while and I found one on the Southeastern Honda web site. So I took a chance and drove from Port Saint Lucie to Palm Bay to see the truck. I met Bob Dolan and I found one on the Southeastern Honda web site. So I took a chance and drove from Port Saint Lucie to Palm Bay to see the truck. I met Bob Dolan at the dealership asked him to see the truck and went for a test drive.I told Bob I had a trade. The used car manager John Malloy appraised my truck he was more than fair with my allowance on my trade. I made a offer on the truck. They accepted. Bob Dolan and all the management at southeastern are very professional and have no pressure sales. I am very happy with my purchase. Got a great deal on my new used truck. I would recommend Bob Dolan to all my friends and family. Thanks again Bob More
My husband and I went to Southeastern Honda on Saturday, October 5th to purchase a new Honda CRV. I have purchased new cars before and it has always been a hassle getting the price you want and dealing wit October 5th to purchase a new Honda CRV. I have purchased new cars before and it has always been a hassle getting the price you want and dealing with a pushy Sales person. I have to say I have had the best experience at Southeastern Honda! We dealt with Bob Dolan and he was very knowledgeable on the features of the CRV. Bob also didn’t try to push us into a deal, he gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. I got a great price and have a new wonderful CRV. I have to say the next time I am in need for another vehicle I will go back and ask for Bob Dolan. I have already mentioned the dealership and Bob to my family members. More

The Southeastern Honda dealership employee behavior was threatening and offensive. On Labor Day 2013, some family members and I visited Southeastern Honda. Salesman Scott Toon showed us the 2013 Civic LX threatening and offensive. On Labor Day 2013, some family members and I visited Southeastern Honda. Salesman Scott Toon showed us the 2013 Civic LX Auto Sedan. Afterwards we went inside to discuss a potential deal. After I pointed out that Scott's first offer was higher than the online price he summoned one of the sales managers named Chris. The manager confirmed the online price but told us that the $500 rebate on the Civic was no longer valid as the dealership just happened to exhaust its allocation of rebate dollars the previous day. Despite this, I attempted to negotiate a better deal. Scott Toon did not like me questioning his pricing and even made irrelevant defensive statements such as - the dealership sold 60 cars the day before, and, he has been selling cars for 45 years. He even stated that the sales manager wanted me thrown out if I continued to disagree with their pricing. Undeterred, I continued to try to get a better deal and did not believe Scott Toon when he said that the current pricing made the dealership no profit. Finally, Scott Toon stood up and yelled at us. He was belligerent in his rant about me not wanting to accept his offer. The he left. His behavior was unprofessional and verbally abusive. Afterwards, I wanted to discuss the way we were treated to a manager. I asked two other salesman to send over a manager but they did nothing. I then went and asked the group of about 15 salesman standing around the showroom to identify a manager. Then finally, an individual stepped forward and said he was a manager. He did not offer his name. I asked him if yelling at the customer is acceptable at this dealership. His reply was that I told the salesman (Scott Toon) that he was a liar. Once again, I addressed the fact that we were yelled at and once again the manager said that I called the salesman a liar. The treatment we received was unbelievably inappropriate. The actions of Scott Toon, Sales Manager Chris, and the rest of the Southeastern Honda Team clearly show that 1) you cannot attempt to negotiate a better price like you can at every other car dealer, 2) if you disagree with the dealership pricing they will say you called them liars, 3) the customer is not their main focus, and, 4) management condones verbal abuse towards the customer. We will never return to Southeastern Honda and are seriously contemplating filing formal charges. More
