I've never had the desire to recommend an automobile dealership before. I have purchased two vehicles from Southeastern Honda and I would return again. If I hear of anyone considering a car purchase, dealership before. I have purchased two vehicles from Southeastern Honda and I would return again. If I hear of anyone considering a car purchase, I tell them to go to Southeastern Honda. The staff is professional and courteous. In particular, Tiger in the Service Department, demonstrated a very high level of service. I had an issue with my air conditioning in that it would stop working, then start again - a mind of it's own. When working, the service department was unable to find the problem. So Tiger told me to "drop by" when it wasn't working so that they may diagnose this issue. Yesterday I "dropped by"... no appointment, no warning. Tiger looked at my car, got it in for immediate service and fixed my problem. Many thanks to Tiger, and to Bobby, his supervisor, for providing exemplary service. It is good to be reminded that there are good, professional people who will take time to take care of their customers. Thank you!! More

Our new 2011 Odyssey (purchased in May) is our third Odyssey from Southeastern Honda. We still have the 2002 (in the family) and the 2006 as our second vehicle. The 2011 is awesome in every respect. Each new generation of Odyssey gets better and better. When we added some options (door guards, roof racks, three rubber mats & cargo liner and the four "door sill garnish") Tiger Trainer was there each time to make sure the options were installed timely and perfectly. We were driving the 2006 to pick up the 2011 when we noticed a tail light was out. I headed to service to buy the bulb, for the 2006, when Tiger stopped me, made a call, and had a service tech disassemble the tail light assembly and install the light (which Tiger bought himself) right in the lot while we waited. This is the kind of service you tell your friends about and will bring you back to a dealer again and again when the needs arise. PS: During a recent trip to North Carolina we achieved an honest 28.3 MPG during all highway miles (500 interstate miles each way!) More
