Was met by the Internet Manager, was left by her to meet a sales person without her introductions. Asked questions and wasn’t willing to answer questions, due to them having to do a little work to get answe a sales person without her introductions. Not willing to be transparent and answer questions. I Knew the answers, because I’ve worked many years in a dealership in the past. We left the building and had to have us return after we were gone because they never took our deposit. Lastly the vehicle was registered before paperwork was signed. What would’ve happened if my son didn’t buy the vehicle. In Mass that is illegal to register before a deal is signed. Internet manager never returned to see how things were going. Overall wouldn’t return, even for the service department which I had zero contact with. More
