Ive been here several times trying to get them to fix the “no audio connection” problem that all Passports are known to have and they refuse to fix it. Im sure they are waiting for the warranty to run out so they can charge me a couple grand to replace the well known faulty amp. The service manager is a very rude person with zero knowledge of the Honda brand. If his lips are moving he is lying. Hard to believe he is in a position that requires minimal IQ and is totally oblivious to anything to do with cars. He on his own has dragged this dealership into the sewer. He should be in jail for fraud by denying loyal Honda customers their warranty rights. He refuses to fix warrantied issues and recalls then tells me to find another dealer? Real piece of work he is. This was my 4th visit to this dealer and I encountered a problem at 3 of them. Next closest dealer is 20 miles away. More
Dealership is well organized and professional. I have been working with them for about 10 years. My only complaint is the salesman assumed my trade-in was fully paid off and was owned by me.
