Did everything by phone. Angel was awesome. They have the cheapest dealer fee 0 add ons and very attentive to the customer wants. The accord hybrid had more features than we Angel was awesome. Went to the dealer the next morning, our new car was out front shined and ready to go. Paperwork was ready, went in finance 15 minutes later it was done. Angel went over the car and features and boom we were gone. I buy alot of cars and we will definitely be buying from him again. 1 hour drove in and drove out. Receptionist was sweet. It was like pulling teeth to have him "sell me" the car during the test drive I HAD to ask for. Luckily, I did my HW on the vehicle. I knew what I wanted and was giving him a chance to adjust his demeanor. He wanted me to do a survey, so here I am. I have history coming to this dealership, sadly, wasn't impressed this time. Honestly, I should have gone the next day for another salesman or to a different location who made me feel they wanted my business. Only reason I continued my purchase was because I have been shopping for a new car for while and was avoiding to continue the search. Everyone knows its tiring to shop for a car. Location was clean.
