Horrible Returned vehicle with a broken fuel gauge in 2014 after repairing a recall. It's now 2016 and there have been 3 attempts to fix. Still broken. Incorrect times open on their website So i get off work and go to southeastern honda because their website says they are open until 6. I get there at 450 thinking i have plenty of time an So i get off work and go to southeastern honda because their website says they are open until 6. I get there at 450 thinking i have plenty of time and than told that the mechanics leave at 5. Why does your website say 6 if you close at 5. On top of that inwas there before 5 and only wanted an oil change as today was the only day i get off in time. You should be more specific on what services you offer when youbsay you are open. Also not thebonly time i have had an issue. I had a key mess up and it was covered under warranty and randomly after being told they had to order it, i was told i had never been there. This place is a joke. More
lousy repair department Service department rude and unwilling to replace faulty seat belts. The belt material has completely disintegrated. They claim water damage. Funny how there is no other water damage in the car.. Just seat belts fell apart. Honda was supposed to have lifetime sealtbelt warranty. Last time I ever walk in their doors.
