I purchased what I was led to believe was a Nissan maintenance plan from Southern 441 Nissan, but I later learned it was actually through a third-party company called Total Warranty Services ā somethi maintenance plan from Southern 441 Nissan, but I later learned it was actually through a third-party company called Total Warranty Services ā something that was never disclosed at the time of purchase. In fact, all my questions were led with lies, or misleading answers. The package includes only six oil changes, for $55 and a break wash, for $25 a total value of $355 total, yet I was charged $850. It does not include tire rotations or any of the standard maintenance one expects during an oil change. I was never given a breakdown of the terms until today, literally 11 months after the deal. And from what I understand, there is a contract, that I have yet to receive. I would not have agreed to such limited coverage had it been properly explained. (Side note, my sales contract was given to me in Spanish, and I can't even get them to give that to me in English, unless I go to the dealership!) What makes it worse, they all knew I lived near Miami, 59 miles away from their dealership. While they keep telling me they would honor the service contract, who drives 60 miles for an oil change? I only went to this dealership because I insisted on getting a Red Murano with Cashmere interior. While General Manager Reddick Brown was responsive when I raised my frustration and concerns, the resolution offered was inadequate and failed to address what I believe is a clear case of misrepresentation. Iām asking Southern 441 Nissan and Total Warranty Services to take accountability and issue a full refund of $850 for services I will never use. Consumers deserve full transparency. This is an example of what it doesn't look like! More

This is a horrible dealership in Royal Palm Beach in wich they violate the rights of customers and are scammers selling cars with problems and they say they are a certified dealer but the general manag wich they violate the rights of customers and are scammers selling cars with problems and they say they are a certified dealer but the general manager is a very unfriendly person and does not like to help customers.They are liars asking for money down payment,hiding behind the claim that finance companies require it,wich is completely false.That money is for the dealership,not for the finance company.I recomended that you do not go to that dealer if you do not want to have a bad experince. The car was impeccable and what I was looking for. But I was put off by the final price being $6000 more then the publicized price of the car. And I was paying cash. I guess I was will need to get use to this aspect of buying a car. My decision was not to purchase the car because of the extra fees. There was no push back from the dealership. It left me feeling that this is a reputable company. More

Lincoln charged me $1,500 dollars to fix. I believe the Nisson dealership knew it as the car had been left out in the open to be sold to the first sucker that came along. More
