Excellent Job Steve et all When we went to the 441 Nissan Dealership on Southern and met Steve... we were pleased that the exact color that we were looking for was immediately a When we went to the 441 Nissan Dealership on Southern and met Steve... we were pleased that the exact color that we were looking for was immediately available. Steve, our sales rep completely understood our wants/needs and he therefore provided us both body styles, that we identified to him for a test drive: the Rogue model and the Kicks model. His approach was fully-understanding and flexible. Steve never once tried to suggest to us that we consider a vehicle that we didn't want. Quickly using a computer tablet, he ascertained the auto's availability, gassing situation (important since the day before we went to a Hyundai dealership and both vehicles that were brought out for a test drive... didn't have enough gas to test drive). We were also pleased that Steve our salesperson did not pressure us in any way during the entire sales process. Steve and your associates presented to us with multiple pricing/payment options and when we decided to pay cash; that was immediately fine with the sales team. We never had any difficulty getting a straight answer reference the price for the Rogue. The finance staff staff outline all the reasons to purchase the optional $772 additional product, however Carl (I think that was the gentleman's name) ... in a private office was accepting of our decision ref the optional/additional products. Steve was very helpful in showing us all the new features (new for us) of the rogue and paired the cellphone (bluetooth) for us. A thorough explanation of the navigation system was provided. In addition, the vehicle delivery delivery checklist was reviewed as was a review of the quick reference guide. Additionally, Steve did an overview of the service procedure and introduced us to a gentleman in Service who took time to go over the service procedures at 441 Nissan. The amount of time the dealership spent during the delivery process was more than acceptable. The Rogue was delivered with no issues. Steve followed up after the delivery to ensure satisfaction. Overall, our purchase experience at Nissan 441 had to be a 10. More
