Read some reviews online to help select best in area to visit and have to say 441/Southern was a great choice. Over past half dozen years have dealt with 3 different Nissan dealers and none of my experiences with their service departments match up with these folks. Javier was my service rep and he was prompt, friendly, and took all time needed to explain my issue as well as show pictures of damage to undercarriage of my car. While waiting for the service to be completed a customer relations gentleman (sorry, forgot your name) checked to make sure things were going well and was, frankly, a super guy who I could tell was genuinely interested in me receiving the best service possible. Folks, if I lived in the West Palm area I would not hesitate to make these folks my "go to" service/repair folks....and that might be the first time I ever said that about a dealership. They treated me like a loyal customer even though they'd never seen me before. Great job guys. Lee B. Tallahassee, FL More

They sell faulty unsafe Cars I purchase a car with electrical defects. When I went to have it services after a trip to NY about 7 thousand miles later, I was told that they would I purchase a car with electrical defects. When I went to have it services after a trip to NY about 7 thousand miles later, I was told that they would not stand behind their car and fix the defects nor provide me with 4 safe properly treaded tires. After 7,000 miles I was told that all 4 of my 50,000 mile tires need to be replaced and they have no problem remedying that for $1,000. I never felt so scammed. After going to multiple dealers, tires stores and automotive stores, I was told that they must have lied on the certification. No way do 50,000 mile tires rated 8 or better go to 3 or less in 7,000 miles. All I got was smoke and dances and from the various management, departments and general managers.. Until I get new tires now, I don't have my with and autistic car in the car when its raining. The vehicle is already hydroplaning and sliding in the rain. We were sold a very unsafe car and i don't know about Nissan, but I wont jeopardize the life of my family. No one wants to stand up and just say sorry and replace my tires with the same tires that were originally on my car. I guess I have to tke my affidavits and documentation to the government, social media and courts. More
