I found the car online, spoke to Bob on the phone, I had to change our appointment time twice and he accommodated, had the car ready when I arrived. This is important: he showed me the car, did the test drive, and built trust BEFORE he started talking numbers. I asked to talk numbers when I was ready, which is how it should be. I was not planning on buying the car that day. I was planning on looking at others, but I did not feel like I was getting "sold" and I felt like I was getting a great deal on a lot of car with all the features I was looking for. All around a great experience, again, I was not there to buy a car that day. Bob and the other staff created an environment in which I felt in control and wanted to make a deal. The finance department was great as well. After the sale was complete, Bob stayed an hour past closing time with me to show me features and then helped me move my old car. Great experience. Highly recommended. Will tell people about my experience. 10/10 A+ for Bob and the others at Southern 441. More
