This occasion was no different. Mr. Jay Fowlkes is a true professional and he has taken care of my Nissan vehicles for many years. I brought my vehicle in due to a "Service Engine Soon" light which appeared suddenly. Mr. Fowlkes took my vehicle in immediately for examination. Within a short period of time, Mr Fowlkes described the reason for the light, what it would take to repair, and the cost, to get the problem resolved. This is, in my opinion, terrific customer service and I wish other businesses would take notes on how to treat their customers from Mr. Fowlkes and Southern 441 Nissan. More
