As always, service was great!! Jay went over everything. I have not been driving my Versa much in the two years, so had about 15,780 miles on it. Have had it three years. With all the dealerships around the area , I could have gone to other Nissan locations but because the customer service was excellent here I chose to give my business to this location. We actually got what we really wanted My husband and I went to the dealership just to browse around. We really did not need a new car, I was just curious as to the prices of the Nissan Rou My husband and I went to the dealership just to browse around. We really did not need a new car, I was just curious as to the prices of the Nissan Rouge. When I arrived I was greeted very nicely by Julio (the salesman). I told him the car I liked and wanted to test drive it. He showed me the vehicle I liked and suggested the better version of it. I was reluctant but as we walked by it, he didn't;t even needed to point it out to me, I was already in love with it. I test drove it and then we began negotiating. They offered me the most for my used car (yes , even more than Car-max.) Julio introduced us to the Manager as well as Willy (the Finance Director). We also met and dealt with Carlos (the finance manager) and Tony the (GM). Tony was a pleasure to meet and earned our business. The reason why we met all those people is because we were tough negotiators but in the end they worked with us. Our overall experience was great, which is very rare. More

Brian Kobus was awesome! Brian was excellent, took the time to sit down and explain what was found during the inspection and quote me prices. The visit before this recent one (back in November) I was told my suspension was bad and that it would cost me $2,100. So I got a second opinion and was told otherwise, and during my last visit It was not a problem, was in the green. So I’m assuming he was trying to scam me... anyways. I was happy with Brian’s service and know he was honest. I will only be making appointments with him from now on. More
