Worst Toyota Service Department The worst Service Experience The worst Service Experience! 2 simple warranty tire rotations became 2 nightmares First rotation, they cut my rotors and hid it by making up a fal The worst Service Experience! 2 simple warranty tire rotations became 2 nightmares First rotation, they cut my rotors and hid it by making up a false customer claim of rotor issues to get paid by corporate and not giving me a copy of the bogus claim. After leaving the dealer with braking issues affecting my SAFETY they admit to it and had to put back on new rotors. 2nd rotation, they flipped my directional tires (which are not constructed to do )damaging my tires creating goose eggs on all 4 tires creating a SAFETY issue that could have killed me or someone else on the road when they blew. Again they had to admit their screwup when I proved it by going to the Tire mfg rep and they had to replace my 4 Tires. Never again will they have the opportunity to put my life at risk nor put me through the aggravation they did by me having to prove their incompetence each time. More

Professional Service When I called for a service appointment I was told to see Lou. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that Lou doesn’t see custome When I called for a service appointment I was told to see Lou. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that Lou doesn’t see customers anymore because he got promoted. I just don’t know if the receptionist who set up my appointment is new or didn’t know that Lou got promoted. Or did he? Anyway, there was Durrell who took care of my car service needs and he handled it in a professional way. I didn’t wait that long to have my car serviced although it was a busy Saturday morning. More
