Great Dealer to deal with! Let me start by saying that my experiences with dealers have not been great. My Subaru lease was due for turn in on October 1st and I decided to start Let me start by saying that my experiences with dealers have not been great. My Subaru lease was due for turn in on October 1st and I decided to start looking for other options as the last visit I made to the Subaru dealer was much less than pleasant. Looking around I stumbled unto Southern 441 Toyota as I was browsing the net and decided to give it a shot. I got in touch with them and was very quickly contacted by Claudia Bermudez at which time we scheduled an appointment for me to stop by. Due to a business situation I ended up rescheduling the appointment to the following week at which time I was able to visit the dealer. First of all let me just say that this has been one of the few dealers in Southern Florida where the sales staff walk up to you and ask you if they can help you with anything, every other dealer I have visited I've had to go looking for help. This made a huge impression on me to begin with. Claudia was very helpful and very open to let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted and after several test drives I decided I wanted a 2019 Tacoma. To make the story short, I ended up going back the next day at which time Claudia helped me find the exact truck I was looking for and I was able to close a deal with the Sales and Finance department. Everything went very smoothly and at no time did I feel pressured into getting into a vehicle I did not want. They went ahead and turned in the Subaru lease for me and even offered 2 gas fill ups for my truck. I am very happy and pleased that I found this dealership and hope to continue doing business with them. More
