Not only that, the manager also accepted an offer of almost 6k of the MSRP I made and gave me unlimited warranty (no miles or time restrictions) and 4 years of free maintenance. The time I spent with the finance guy was a breeze since the whole team communicate the details of the deal I had negotiated so he did not force me to get add ons. The moment we drove into the service reception area we were greeted by friendly, smiling service ass This was our first visit to Southern 441 Toyota. The moment we drove into the service reception area we were greeted by friendly, smiling service associates, who directed us to our service advisor, Pablo, then proceeded to place protective coverings on the seats and floor mats. Pablo greeted us with a smile and a little friendly humor, then took our details, inspected our vehicle and returned to discuss the Toyota Care service we would be receiving during this visit. We were going to wait while the service was being performed, so Pablo accompanied us to the waiting area and described the amenities. He explained that the service would take about an hour and that when it was completed he would return to retrieve us. Thirty minutes later he returned and accompanied us back to his desk where he thoughtfully explained the details of the service performed. He thanked us for choosing Southern 441 Toyota and told us he looked forward to serving us again. WOW! What a wonderful experience -- the service associates, Pablo, the waiting area, such extraordinary attention to our vehicle and toward making us feel welcome and at ease. Thank you so very much.
