Outstanding Customer Service I have been a member of the Hall family for several years, but my dealership is Hall Honda in Virginia Beach (I live in Newport News). I called Hall Acura and spoke with Mr. Fleming asking about Hall Acura maintenance personnel servicing a Honda. He assured me that the maintenance team was experienced in servicing not only Acura engines, but Honda engines as well. I brought my car to Hall Acura to be looked at. Mr. Fleming was professional and knowledgeable on the phone as well as courteous in person. He inspires trust. As a woman, I never felt that I was being patronized. I now have an alternate dealership that I trust to take my vehicle to for service. GREAT TEAM! More
I visited acura in the month of Dec 2019 with a major problem with my vehicle. Rick Fleming took the time to listen and make it right for me. I was concerned that another auto shop messed up my wonderful problem with my vehicle. Rick Fleming took the time to listen and make it right for me. I was concerned that another auto shop messed up my wonderful acura. The first time I brought to Rick and his team an attempt was made but the problem was not corrected. However what was awesome is that Rick still took ownership and tried to make it right again. This time it worked. The issues were not related but the problem got resolved.I do not have anymore issues thus far. I wanted to thank Rick and his team for making me a happy customer. M.Wise More

Excellent vehicle service and customer service! I purchased a pre-owned Acura ILX from another establishment and decided to bring it to Hall Acura to have them look at an intermittent problem that I I purchased a pre-owned Acura ILX from another establishment and decided to bring it to Hall Acura to have them look at an intermittent problem that I was having with the LKAS camera behind windshield. Not only were they able to get the camera replaced and calibrated perfectly, I had also asked Mr. Fleming if he could order and install the Acura remote start system (a system that I completely recommend) and perform a few other maintenance tasks. Mr. Fleming took care of all of these items and everything is working great! He even let me borrow a loner vehicle while the repairs were being made. That vehicle was much appreciated but I accidentally left a few items inside of it when it was returned. After a quick call (message left with Ms. Aguiree), Mr. Fleming contacted me later in the morning informing me that he had retrieved my items before the vehicle was loaned out again. Later that day I stopped by to pick them up. It is not easy these days to find a dealership / service center that is trustworthy, performs the work as promised, goes the extra mile, and has excellent customer service. I am highly impressed with how they do business and fully recommend them. More
Disappointing So disappointed to hear my salesman Sheldon Watson has left the dealership. Over the years there’s been many changes some good, some bad. However this was difficult because Sheldon went overboard to help my husband and I at anytime even if he was busy, wouldn’t want anyone else but him for my next vehicle. I will miss him and his customer service. More
