Extremely satisfied customer I had a wonderful experience at Hall Acura Newport News. Now I’m a regular customer and they always take care of me, but this time they went above and I had a wonderful experience at Hall Acura Newport News. Now I’m a regular customer and they always take care of me, but this time they went above and beyond. Specifically my service advisor James Bland. I’m up for 100K mile service which isn’t cheap. I also had a problem with my driver side seat not moving vertically up. After a diagnostic, it was discovered that problem resulted in a $1600 fix. Well I wasn’t expecting that and I didn’t want my wife to continue to drive the car in that condition. I expressed my concern and frustration with JB. He offered to contact Acura on my behalf for relief of the $1600 fix because it was a loyal customer. Acura ended up paying 90% of that problem, I’ll take it. I was so grateful to those guys especially since I was going out of town for the weekend and felt so good to have our car in good working condition. JB and his team are awesome. More
