I was disappointed in my last appointment. I asked the service department to perform my complimentary gas fill up for previously filling out a survey.The service department had to take my car I asked the service department to perform my complimentary gas fill up for previously filling out a survey.The service department had to take my car for a test drive for the transmission acting up and they then left my car on below 0 miles of gas because i “didn’t qualify”. I was told by the service department employee (after asking her why my app was showing the gas empty) that I did not quality because I “incorrectly completed the survey”. I was confused and asked how? And she said because I gave an 85/100 score. I was not told I had to give 100/100 score to receive the gas fill up, and I gave the score I gave for a reason. My prior appointment I did a walk in first come first serve oil change and prior to me doing that an associate told me the Saturday opening time was 8:00 am and not 7:30 am, so I arrived promptly a little before 8:00 and was told they were booked. Thankfully I explained myself and the service associate squeezed me in. I gave an 85/100 for that inconvenience and I explained that in the survey, and I didn’t appreciate the employee giving the wrong information to customers, especially when I live 3 hours away and made SURE I was there in time to get the walk in oil change. So the fact that I bought my car here, have all my service done here, filled out the multiple surveys Ive been asked to do (and was never told it must be 100/100 and to LIE) I was not happy that I didn’t receive the gas fill up when I did in fact fill out the survey and that’s all that was asked of me. This is not the first time I have been left disappointed by this dealership and their associates. So now going forward, I understand I have to lie on surveys to be awarded what was promised, and that’s what I will do. More

From the initial appointment setting to the pick up of my vehicle, my experience was disappointing. Since purchasing this vehicle I have only had it serviced at my local shop. It was only because of the rece vehicle, my experience was disappointing. Since purchasing this vehicle I have only had it serviced at my local shop. It was only because of the recent recalls that I brought it to a GMC dealership. I made the appointment through my GMC app. When I called to confirm that an oil change was included in my appointment the “customer service” representative had issues finding my appointment although I provided my name, appointment time, and vehicle information. She could not tell me or confirm whether an oil change was included in the 50k mile service. She also did not mentioned an assigned service writer. When I dropped off my vehicle, I went to the first (of 3) individuals who acknowledged me. I was then told I need to wait because I was assigned to a different service writer who then denied that I was “hers” showing her print off schedule. Mind you, I’m completely unaware of who my assigned “service writer” is. I mention that I also need to have my timing chain checked (which I mentioned incorrectly) but mentioned that the vehicle had a noticeable squeak when cold started. I asked if the vehicle would be available to pick up the same day and was told “you never know”. To correct my mention of the timing chain my husband called the service department an hour and a half after I dropped off my vehicle. He was unable to speak to a service advisor, but left a message stating the vehicle was most likely in need of a serpentine belt and a tensioner. I received a call at 5 PM that my vehicle was ready. When I spoke to the service advisor, I was provided a quote for a timing chain. When asked if my husband message had been received, she said she was unaware and did not speak to him. None the less, the vehicle was left over the weekend for a pick up on Monday. When I went to pick up my vehicle today, I walked into the service advisor office. A gentleman was speaking, so I waited and then went to approach him only to find that he was having a conversation on his AirPods. Then a gentleman, few seats down, assisted me in checkout. He asked me what services I had done to the car and confirmed that all of the recalls had been taken care of, but I asked if an oil change had been completed and after reviewing the paperwork, we determined that none had not been completed. There was documentation that allegedly I inquired about a 52,000 miles service on the vehicle and a general check up was completed. I was handed my keys and was told to provide them to the porter who would then locate my vehicle for me. When I approached the porter and asked him if he would please help me find my vehicle he completely ignored me. He was also in the middle of assembling a new desk at the entrance of the service writer office. It was not until what I can only assume was a mechanic from the service center took my keys and provided them to the Porter that he acknowledged and left to pick up my vehicle. More
