My interactions with Sean and Alyssa were great. I only have one objection to things. Having to return to complete the recall work is an unnecessary intrusion on my schedule. This was plenty of time for any coordinators to ensure that the parts department had any necessary parts needed for these recalls on hand. Having to return another month later and interrupt my work schedule because you didn't have parts on hand for one of the jobs required to complete the recalls is inexcusable, when you had a whole months to prepare. If I had prepared this badly for any anticipated work on my scheduled workflow in either my military career or the civilian career afterwards I would have been fired. You need to improve on this. Went in for oil change and state inspection. April 30, was informed no inspector was available. Drove home. Went back May 1. Had oil change done, they did a 30 point vehicle inspection instead o April 30, was informed no inspector was available. Drove home. Went back May 1.
