Appointment for two easy recalls and a state inspection. Dropped truck off at 0630. Called at 12:30 to get a status update. Come to find out they had not even started working on it. Vehicle wasn’t available until 1630 (4:30). This is the third time now I’ve had issues with scheduling an appointment and having the work done in a somewhat timely manner. More
