I had already had issues with both locations in Hampton roads. Parts not being ordered when they said they would be. Misinformation about appointments. Yesterday I came in for an oil change that the manager had said he scheduled for me and was told they didn’t have me listed for an appointment. Then I was told it was time for a tire rotation. I asked the cost and after they gave it to me I said that was fine and to go ahead. When I went to go pick up my car they said I was good to go. I said no, I need to pay for my tire rotation. They informed me they didn’t do one because my service manager hadn’t listed it on the services I wanted. So now I’ll have to take time out of my schedule AGAIN to come back. I love my car but Southern Kia really needs new management or better training of their service centers. More
I made an appointment a couple of months ago for a quick and easy OIL CHANGE. My 2024 Telluride has 1,700 miles after 1 year. The appt was for 10 o’clock on Wed. July 9th. I arrived at 9:55 and was tol and easy OIL CHANGE. My 2024 Telluride has 1,700 miles after 1 year. The appt was for 10 o’clock on Wed. July 9th. I arrived at 9:55 and was told there might be a few “Express” clients ahead of me so it could be an hour and a half but maybe sooner. At 1 hour 35 minutes later I asked at the desk the status at this point. I did see that my Telluride was parked at the side of the building . I did not receive a phone call or text telling me the job was done. I waited ANOTHER 15 minutes while 2 employees were bumbling back and forth many times checking drawers and counters looking for the keys and the paperwork! They did mention a number of time that Dekwan Millerat is in a meeting. FINALLY , almost 2 hours later Dakwan showed up with the keys. I never did get any paperwork! WILL I BE BACK…. No ! More
