Took my vehicle in for state safety inspection, oil change and tire rotation. When I got home after the service was done, I found one of the lug nuts on the right rear tire was loose (only one or two change and tire rotation. When I got home after the service was done, I found one of the lug nuts on the right rear tire was loose (only one or two threads). I checked all the other lugs, with the exception of 4 or 5 that weren’t completely tight, all lugs were good. Thankfully it was just that one lug nut wasn’t tightened at all. Serious lack of attention to detail on the techs part!!! More
