I took my 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500HD to Southern for an oil change due to Priority converting to an appt only system. I've purchased 2 trucks from this dealership in the past prior to it becoming Southern oil change due to Priority converting to an appt only system. My service writer Jacob Fox was very professional and directed me to the temporary customer lounge in the KIA Building where I noticed several chairs..the only complaint is Where are the coffee tables so customers have a place to put their cups etc. ?? I set up an oil change, tire rotation, filter change and check a tire that stayed 5psi low. Appointment was booked for first thing. Everything was done except the one tire had a nail and needed plugged. I check a tire that stayed 5psi low. Appointment was booked for first thing. Everything was done except the one tire had a nail and needed plugged. It took the rest of the day to plug the tire. I needed to get to an event by 5pm but they didn’t finish in time. Plugs take maybe 5 minutes. Even on a busy day this should not have taken all day. The advisor thought it would be done sooner so I came in but it wasn’t done. More
