Received notice of a safety recall from Kia 9/30/24. Called for an appointment to fix the issue and to change the oil. Earliest day I could get was 1/3/25. I show up for service and proceed to wait in the lounge. One hour later I’m informed they don’t have the part. What? They’ve had three months to order it! So I instruct to complete the oil change. Another hour passes. Finally, my car is ready. Two hours to do an “express” oil change and to NOT fix my safety recall! Nice folks, but not very efficient. More
