1st time owner of Chevy cargo van, brought in for signal light issue. I was told to bring in the next day (Sat) for diagnostic for $159. So I dropped off my van the next morning. Estimated time for a couple light issue. I was told to bring in the next day (Sat) for diagnostic for $159. So I dropped off my van the next morning. Estimated time for a couple hours of work. But I did not hear back until I called about 1:30PM. Then she said she emailed me the report. Anyway, she told me my vehicle signal light has wiring harness issue has to order parts for replacement. And wanted me to leave my van at the dealer until repairs is done. I told her no, it's a work van I have to have my van. Then she told me to pay $399. and she'll call me when part comes in. By the time I got the van back it's almost 4pm that day. She called me Tuesday and I brought my van back for repair. Then there's more charges $79 tax and resource fees, tax I agree but the other stuff on that she called Resource, EPA's fees I don't understand, and it's in all new to me. But if this is the way Southern Chevrolet does it is all right with me it that just I need a better explanation. I feel like I have to ask about those things instead being told up front. More

Since the change from Priority to Southern there's been some changes so far I haven't had anything major happen. I am concerned when I got my oil changed done prior to this service there was a message on m some changes so far I haven't had anything major happen. I am concerned when I got my oil changed done prior to this service there was a message on my paperwork stating that if I didn't get all recommended maintenance performed at that dealership that I could lose that. That is not what's in my contract when I signed it just stated that I had to get the oil changes in state inspection done at that dealership. So we'll see how it goes More
