She argued with me, I had no knowledge of the super cruise recall and I had to go get the letter to show her what the letter said. I’m ok that the recall on the super cruise had to be taken care of. Her attitude and speaking down to me was not appreciated. My husband owns 2 mechanic shops, I’m not an idiot. But I’m also not a master tech. My vehicle was serviced while they had it, the job was done well. I’m grateful for the customer service from the sweet ladies in the office. Thank you! More
