First Class I visited your dealership a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. Service to the Rescue Today we went to pick up a part for our Camaro for slight upgrade that Rudy had ordered for us. After paying and heading out to our next stop we noti Today we went to pick up a part for our Camaro for slight upgrade that Rudy had ordered for us. After paying and heading out to our next stop we noticed the tired pressure going down fast in the Camaro. We came right back to the service department and even though their guys were slammed with work, Steve was able to get our car thrown into mix since there was only 5 PSI left on the runflat when we pulled into the bay. Turned out a screw punched a hole too close to the side wall. Ally was able to find the tired we needed in Norfolk and had someone run and get it. The service department really saved the day for us. Steve even made sure we were taking home so we could get our truck while the Camaro was awaiting it's tire. THANK YOU so much for being like a second family for us today and every time we see you guys. More

Bad experience Had 4 things for the appointment. 2 out of 4 wasn't done. One thing that wasn't done was very important thing related to steering wheel, the advisor t Had 4 things for the appointment. 2 out of 4 wasn't done. One thing that wasn't done was very important thing related to steering wheel, the advisor told me that he doesn't have enough technicians and I should take it to a different chevy dealer. If they didn't had enough technicians why did they set up the appointment at first place? Also, when you get courtesy car wash they leave scratches on your car. This dealership has changed a lot and is NOT recommended. More
