My truck almost left me stranded on the highway. I got it to Casey Chevy in Newport News and they told me they couldn't even look at it for 3-4 days. I then called my preferred service dealer Ken Houtz where I've been going for almost 10 years and Mark said if I could get it to him, he'd have it looked at by the end of the day so that's what I did. I then was having trouble getting a ride home and Dave was so awesome and gave me ride home. Before I was able to leave the dealership Tyler had already looked at my truck and gave me recommendations in which I said go ahead. Friday, they had my truck back in service. Outstanding work by the Ken Houtz Service team. I will no longer even try to go anywhere else. Thank you very much to Ken Houtz Chevrolet!! -Scott

I was having trouble finding a local dealership that could properly align my Corvette. A Corvette Club friend recommended Loyalty in Williamsburg. Even though it's a 20 mile drive from Yorktown where I live, it was well worth it. My Corvette now drives like new! Additionally it was a pleasure working with Nikki Harmon, the service manager. Nikki who was sincerely adamant that I got a good driving car that I can enjoy! Thanks!

I took my 2017 Tacoma in for an oil change and service on the front brakes. The drop off was smooth and I was kept informed every step along the way. I also received a video of my truck and a narration from the mechanic. Picking up my truck was seamless and Alan, my service coordinator, was the best! No reason not to go back for future service!

I liked my salesman Dennis Wright and he was very helpful in ordering and setting up my 2021 C8 Corvette. Back in early March 2026 we had a couple of warm days and I started to put the top down (I own the convertible version) but it would not work. Later that day it did work but was intermittent in operation after that. I brought it to the dealers service center and they have had the car for over 2 & 1/2 months trying to fix this problem. After several weeks, they got GM involved but that didn't help much. GM had them replace parts that were not broken or defective. Unfortunately, the dealer tech's broke one of the support frames for the top and that had to be replaced. After about a month, they thought they had it fixed and returned the car to me - nope, no difference. Here it is May 19th and they are trying to get it back to me today but I have very little confidence. I see corp dogma about GM Trained Technicians - can't prove it by me.

Charles Wiley is my salesman. I visited Duke Automotive in December 2025 for my first time on a quest to order a 2026 GMC Sierra HD. The process exceeded my expectations. My wife and I have always been partial to GM products and since 2021 more partial to the GMC build. Charles was friendly and professional from the first visit to the dealership. There was a more relaxed atmosphere than other experiences in vehicle shopping. Everything that we talked about to put the order together was fulfilled. Absolutely no surprises or left out details. Charles has a passion for customer service satisfaction. It was great to have been on the receiving end. In my 39 year career I strived to do the same.
