They've had my truck for 6 days and counting to perform a software update recall. The service department hasn't called me or returned either of the 2 messages I've left. Takes so long for service. Super expensive just for “diagnosis”. Repairs were way out of my budget as a single income military family with 5 children so I had to decline.
