Unsure about service department under new ownership. Arrived prior to 8AM appt. Around 8:35, a guy trying to bounce around and give updates to those waiting in lounge area states that my vehicle is coming off rack and I should be out soon. At about 8:45 walked out to get some fresh air and my vehicle was parked in the lot where finished vehicles are parked. Around 9:45 I was noticed waiting in the service department. I asked for the status of my vehicle since I had been watching it for an hour. I was told the service advisor was having an issue and was restarting the computer. It was another 15 min before they finally brought me my keys. The tv in the lounge area appears to be controlled by a crack addict with ADHD because it changed channels every 1-2 minutes and randomly repeated the same 1-2 minutes of tv over and over. On the bright side, unlike Southern GMC’s sales department, I got my vehicle back before I had to threaten to call CPD! More
