Horrible communication and no customer service. Dropped vehicle off July 12, 2023, for a 7:45am appointment on July 13, 2023. He has not given me an answer yet. As soon as he does, I will let you know.” I texted again at 2:20pm for an update with no response. I called the number he texts from around 3:30pm and left a voicemail. At 4:17pm I called the 877 number and Adam picked up that line. He informed me the tech had not updated the notes and he was going to go into the shop to see what was going on. At that time, I was told the tech had to wait on shop foreman to test brake booster. I finally received a text at 5:03pm with the recommendations for my car and a call. I approved the repairs to be done. The parts were not ordered until Friday, which means they were not delivered until Saturday. I continuously called Saturday for an update and finally went to dealership only to find out Adam was not working, and nobody was notified to call me when the car was done. On top of this, Adam was told I needed the vehicle back as soon as possible for work. I was informed I could get a one-day rental through the warranty company, but I would have to pay the difference in what Hall charges vs what they pay, which I have never had a dealership charge a customer the difference. This was my first and last experience with Hall. When I picked up my car, Calvin was great in helping me. More
So happy to longer go here. I went in for a check engine light and was advised it was a sensor - about 300-400. Then I got a call near the end of the day that when removing my sensor they broke something and I was looking at another 1500 to replace it. "They broke something" while it was in their care! I was told it sometimes happens and they were not at fault and I needed to have the work done. I asked them to stop all work, I would pay what had already been done, but stop what had not yet been started and to please put my car back together and I would have my car towed elsewhere. The mechanic I had to towed to, agreed yes, sometimes, when removing this part if the mechanic "is not careful" they can break something. He said he would never charge for a part HE broke and was amazed the car service center would even suggest it. I am VERY glad to leave this place and never return. I felt .. violated. BTW, since I always work to keep my auto in tip-top shape, I have been glad to much more than this dealer tried to get from me in one setting. So sorry for anyone that has to go here for service. More

We’re experiencing the exact same issues right now , with lack of communication, and outright negligence in communicating to the at this dealership. This can’t be representative of dealership of this size practicing this type of unprofessionalism and “customer service”. We have called AND visited repeatedly and left with promises to respond back and update , while leaving the dealership left with no definitive explanations, timeframes or substantial information about the status of our vehicle. This is deplorable. We look forward to speaking to the service manager or some further dealership leadership in the next 24 hrs. The customer service at this dealership has to be addressed! More
I had my truck looked at for a coolant leak and a bad headlight after they looked at it my truck magically didn’t work. I spent 2,000 to get those things fixed. One day I was told it was an electrical issue and my transmission was fine, the very next day I was told it was the transmission. I took it to another Chevy dealership for service and they sat on my truck also they didn’t look at it at the scheduled service time. Needless to say after my truck was touched here my truck didn’t work in Drive it’s a 2016 Chevy under 80,000 miles. I had to trade in my truck and I lost $2,000. Never buying a Chevy again awful service and I never got a precise diagnosis. More
Hello, today's service on my 2017 Chevy Colorado was the worst I have experienced. I am having some anxiety over if the oil change was even done. The technician did not reset the oil gage. He didn't put a new oil change reminder sticker on the windshield. The tire pressure was the same as when I brought it in, the fluids were not topped off, He left the trash in the truck. You all have lowered your standards. I even had to go to the parking lot to pick up my vehicle, you use to bring the vehicle back into the warm bay area for your customers convenience. I will definitely take this higher. There are other concerns that I am investigating that transpired during my visit. More
Ray was the worst service advisor I have ever dealt with. Took my truck in and was told, we will call you in a couple hours, but never heard anything. We had a lot of work done and the check engine light came back on before we got home… took it back in and again, had to constantly check in after days of no communication, he always had an excuse as to why something had not been done. Come to find out, I need a new transmission after already spending 5k during the first visit. I know the transmission didn’t suddenly go bad on my drive home, why wasn’t I told about the transmission in the first visit? I tried to call the service manager but they were busy and it’s been over a week and I still haven’t been called back. I will never take a vehicle to Hall again and Ray is terrible at customer service. More
Dealership does not keep you informed about your car.
