I needed a repair to my truck and it took them four days to call me back with the estimate. The service dept never answered their phone over the four days or returned my messages. It then took another seven to call me back with the estimate. The service dept never answered their phone over the four days or returned my messages. It then took another seven days to receive parts and do the repair and when I returned to get my truck they charged me $1700 more than what the estimate was! I never approved the new estimate or was even aware more work needed to be done on my truck! Nightmare experience! More

I have several concerns that have yet to be discussed regarding my vehicle and the rental info and the lack of communication.
