In these stressful times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Hall Chevrolet removes one potential extra stress. They serviced my vehicle quickly and efficiently while I waited. Wes, my diesel tech alerted me to additional maintenance that will be due ( along with printout of it) in the near and smdistant future, I love this about Hall service because it lets you plan! Ive taken my vehicle to 2 other Chevy dealerships in the Hampton Roads area, and this one by far has been the best!! My Service Consultant, Tara, was very courteous, made sure i was taken care of, and just went above/beyond to ensure i was taken care of.
