Warm and courteous deamour and knowledgable of work needed for our vehicle he explained the service needed in with customer service at this location. He also kneeled on his knee so that he could be at eye level as he spoke with us.He did not stand over us, as we were sitting in one of the lounge chairs. In the face of Covid 19, life goes on. I was thrilled that the service department was open as my inspection had expired and I was over due for an oil change. Checking in was “safe” and simple. I was most excited when I entered the waiting room and the tables and seating areas were a minimum of six feet apart. Kudos to Hall Chevrolet, Ray and the rest of the team!!! More
