I came for an oil change. I got the best service ever. My jeep was in some shape; she’s all stock, but the previous owner did some funny business with her. The oil pan bolt was screwed in so tightly it looked as if it had been chewed smooth. I couldn’t get it off, my brake pads were worn to the bone, the rotors needed attention badly, and I haven’t had the time to change anything out myself between shifts. I needed a lot of work, all at once. These guys hooked me up with all my maintenance needs - and did so in a timely fashion. In particular, Eileen Crook is one of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of doing business with; she was a huge help and ensured all of this was done to the highest standards. I would give her 11 out of 10 if there more stars to highlight. More

She kept me updated and worked with me to get my car completed as soon as possible when the insurance company was being ridiculous. Everything from the tow company refusing to take my car across the street to the body shop to my adjuster not responding, she made me feel like I was still in great hands and took care of everything.
