I bought my Vehicle to the service department. I needed an oil change, recall, and I wanted them to investigate a weird noise I have been hearing. It was the same noise they allegedly heard a few months prior when I got my last oil change. I did not hear the noise at first, but after a few weeks, I started to hear it every day. they kept my vehicle for two weeks and did not diagnose the issue. I did say that there was no rush that I could come back another day and pick up the vehicle. However, I did not expect them to keep my vehicle for half of a month. Also, the communication was very, very, very poor, and it was very hard to get a hold of someone regarding the status of my vehicle. I am not pleased at all. More
