This is the 3rd time I have had my Jeep WL serviced with an OTA update and reconfiguration done , because the Forward Collison light keeps coming and staying on, a month or two after updates and I dont know an OTA update and reconfiguration done , because the Forward Collison light keeps coming and staying on, a month or two after updates and I dont know if the system is actively working or is a light problem. Imo, this is quite unsettling. I hope it is actually solved this time, we’ll see. Kudos to A. Johnson(my service advisor) for efficiency and professionalism. The customer waiting area is clean, however some of the coffee machine choices were not working and the free water bottle fridge was COMPLETELY empty. Attention to detail was sorely lacking. The show floor areas and outside parking lots were clean and neat. More

AJ provided poor customer service. My car was done he never called I had to come to dealership asking for status because im on a rental and he was shocked to find my car had been done My car was done he never called I had to come to dealership asking for status because im on a rental and he was shocked to find my car had been done and he forgot to call because your lines were acting up. Then I said please have my car ready tomorrow for pickup charged...guess who forgot to make sure it was charged NOT Aj the rep who said it would be done.
