Very friendly staff. I've purchased 2 cars from this location, both had issues within the first month of ownership, where one took multiple visits to get fixed, and the other the dealer would not support as the lead mechanic was within the first month of ownership, where one took multiple visits to get fixed, and the other the dealer would not support as the lead mechanic was not supportive (coolant leak tho it was confirmed as an issue by openair jeeps). Outside of maintenance, inspections feel deceitful, as recommendations are farfetched and exaggerated. More

I was given an 18 point inspection on 1/14 and advised some things were needed. I got spark plugs changed and state inspection. I brought the Jeep back on 1/17 and received a completely different 18 point some things were needed. I got spark plugs changed and state inspection. I brought the Jeep back on 1/17 and received a completely different 18 point inspection along with Nicole stating that the condition the car is in it would not pass state inspection even though you all had inspected and passed the vehicle on 1/14. Very contradicting information. I was indirectly denied the option to speak with a tech and was stuck speaking with Nicole whom could not answer my questions regarding my vehicle.
