I was at the dealer after setting an appointment up and just needed a oil change and tire rotation. Setup for 9:15 am. At almost 1:00 pm they said it was ready but couldn't rotate my tires because they co just needed a oil change and tire rotation. Setup for 9:15 am. At almost 1:00 pm they said it was ready but couldn't rotate my tires because they couldn't get my lug nuts off. I picked the truck up and took a lug wrench from under me set and the nuts all came lose easy. The shop never tired to rotate these tires and now note this shop did the balance and rotation on the tires the last time the oil was changed there. More
