I don’t believe they actually complete the multi-point inspection as they claim to. Out of the six items they claimed need attention soon, three of them were on the list the last time my vehicle was servi inspection as they claim to. I made a 1000 hr appointment on the service web page a couple days in advance. Brought it in to have the VA State Insp and recall work done. Got to the Chesapeake dealership at 0940 and they completed the couple days in advance. Brought it in to have the VA State Insp and recall work done. Had my oil changed. Didn’t take extremely long but could have been quicker. The oil change reminder sticker was not replaced. Other than that everything was fine. My Jeep’s WL entertainment center was very glitchy and would shut off after each shutdown for the last 6 months and hadnt been updated since manufacture.
